Verhalen en taal helpen je de wereld in en om je heen te duiden, ze weerspiegelen, zetten en bestendigen de toon van je leven. We willen jullie aanmoedigen om naar jezelf te luisteren, een inventarisatie te maken van hoe je jezelf uitdrukt. De verhalen die we over onszelf vertellen lijken vaak ten onrechte slechts een beschrijving van feiten. In werkelijkheid is het aandeel feiten maar heel gering en zitten onze verhalen vooral vol met (onbewuste) woorden en beelden die uiting geven aan onze angsten, oude pijn en wel of niet vervulde verlangens.
